Firing through 1,000 calories in 1hrs workout takes real guts and hard work, lots of dedication and a targeted personal training plan.
The results, however, make it all worthwhile.
No more hard but regular, 400-calorie workouts for you : ). If we really want to shift body fat and fast, further build strength and that endurance to generally look even better with them clothes on, then it really is time to crank up the intensity levels about several notches!!
The human body should go through around 3,500 calories to burn through a single pound of body fat, therefore if we can get a 1,000-calorie workout into the fitness regime several times a week then this will keep you in peak physical condition while burning you through fats and muscle to your weight goal.
We could simply burn the cals in 1hrs workout by running the whole thing on the treadmill speed 14.4kph
80% people you see in the gyms think cardiovascular exercise is the way to go when it comes to burning calories which initially its is for about 2 weeks and then what?.
Unfortunately, many of those who do become cardio slaves - constantly pounding the treadmill or pavements, cycling, or cross-training just don’t get the results they really want.
After training 100s of clients you learn a few things about weight loss - Fisher Fitness is all about being clever with training. The key is to use both cardio and resistance training to increase your metabolic rate to lose day and night.
Training
OK we cannot just turn up for this sort or training it just won’t work! We need to first except that ywe want to hit this programme is to prepare yourself mentally for a workout that is - more likely than not - a lot harder than what you're used to.
A workout like this is tough and most people will not be willing to work this hard. We aim to keep the intensity level above 65% of your maximum heart rate. So when you met me and we did the 1-10 training intensity scoring while running around we need to maintain 6.5 and above for the whole session no less!
By training at this intensity we are not simply looking to just burn calories while you sweat – when we do this it right you will even be losing weight while you've got your feet up ; ).
As I mentioned before the smart way to lose weight training is known as metabolic conditioning. So to put this simply we should be to lifting something heavy combined with doing some sprint and repeating this several times over.
